Plant Baby Massage – 5 Week Course

Join us for a gentle, supportive five-week Baby Massage course as part of Plant, The Parish Trust’s early years programme.

These sessions are designed for babies and their primary caregiver (parent), giving you dedicated time together to learn simple massage techniques, support bonding and attachment, and enjoy a calm and welcoming space with other parents.

This particular course runs for five consecutive Mondays from 16 November 2026, 12pm–1pm

As places are limited, we ask that you:

• are the baby’s primary caregiver/parent;

• are able to commit to attending the full five-week course, aside from illness or unforeseen circumstances; and

• are willing to complete a short evaluation form at the end of the course.

Booking is required and places are limited.
